The specific details of each project are defined in separate contracts or commercial proposals.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, are the property of FGXCode or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Regarding work developed for clients: unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client acquires full ownership of the source code and all materials developed specifically for the project, once full payment is completed.

By using our site and services, you agree to:

• For development projects, a 30-50% deposit is required at project start.
• Payment delays may result in service suspension.
• All rates exclude VAT, which will be applied according to current regulations.

FGXCode is committed to providing services with professionalism and diligence. For software development projects, we offer:

• 90-day warranty on bugs and defects in developed software.
• Technical support as defined in the project contract.
• Free correction of defects due to our errors.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or that defects will be corrected immediately. The site is provided “as is”.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FGXCode shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. In case of contract termination:

• The client must pay all amounts due for completed work.
• FGXCode will deliver all work completed up to that point.
• Confidentiality obligations will survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For ongoing contracts, any changes to contractual terms will require written agreement between the parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Milan, Italy.

For contracts with consumers, the protections provided by the Italian Consumer Code apply and the competent court will be that of the consumer's place of residence.
